Kymatio Presents Insider Threat Prevention Solutions to OAS Mission
The Secretary of State for Digital Advancement (SEAD) and the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE) have received a mission from the Organization of American States (OAS) aimed at developing national cybersecurity strategies in Latin American countries.
Seminar on Insider Threat Awareness
As part of the sessions organized by SEAD and INCIBE for the OAS mission, a seminar was held in which the Kymatio team shared insights on the insider threat problem, stressing the importance of raising awareness among organizational leadership and the need for a proactive approach in preventing insider risk, as well as the consequences of underestimating it.
Kymatio’s Solutions for Insider Risk
Kymatio, a success story from the Cybersecurity Ventures Program (INCIBE), presented its innovative solutions for identifying insider risk and strengthening employees to OAS mission members and representatives from Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Paraguay.
High-Level Delegation
The high-level mission included Vice Ministers of the Interior, Science and Technology, Telecommunications, and Education, along with Cybercrime Investigation Units, National Chambers of Electronic Industry, Telecommunications and ICT, Digital Transformation Councils, the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism (CICTE), and the OAS/CICTE Cybersecurity Program.
